Should the cake / macarons be kept refrigerated?

It is recommended to keep all cakes refrigerated if you do not plan to consume within the hour. Macarons should be kept refrigerated at all times. Mini macarons can be kept at room temperature.

The cake & macarons I received looks different from the image displayed on your site.

We always committed to maintain consistency and the highest of accuracy in production of our cakes, desserts & macarons. However, as all of our products are handmade, the actual pieces may vary slightly in color and size from the images shown online and may also have slight imperfections.

Why is the desserts, cake & macaron so sweet?

Our bakers and chefs constantly endeavour to maintain consistency and accuracy in all desserts flavour and sweetness. Sweet taste is very subjective to most people.

Can I order for a delivery today?

All our "same-day delivery" cakes have a cut-off time at 5PM. Find out which cakes you can order for a delivery today with this link.

Where do you deliver? Are there any delivery fees?

We deliver to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor) for French Macarons, cakes & kuih- muih traditional. We also courier nationwide for several items under the "shipping nationwide" category. Delivery fees are vary depending on the delivery area. Please redeem our free coupons to enjoy more discounts upon checkout.

How can I check if my order has been delivered?

You can track your order status by viewing the Order Status Page available through the link provided in your confirmation email. You will be able to view delivery status updates of your order and contact details of the assigned delivery service personnel for your further convenience.

What is the shipping courier used for nationwide delivery?

We use express nationwide courier via JNT, PIGEON or POSLAJU.

What is the best solution if can't get my order in time?

Different countries have different delivery time. Normally it'll be delivered within 2-7 days, but it could also be longer than estimated by many factors especially for International shipping. In case you can't get your order in time, please contact us for further assistant, our support team will guide you and help to resolve the problem.

I have an important celebration coming up and it's on a Sunday! What should I do?

We operate from Mondays to Saturdays from 9 AM - 6 PM. Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays unless otherwise stated.

How can I pick up my order?

We are collaborating with different vendors. However, self pick-up items are only available for products purchase via AirAsia super app.

ORDERS, CHANGES, REFUND & CANCELLATION
How can I confirm that my order has gone through?

Once your has been authenticated and the transaction has been approved, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, and have confirmed that it is not in your spam or Junk folder, please contact us directly so we can further assist.

How can I make some changes to my order?

Kindly email us / Whatsapp/ call us to request the necessary changes. We will do our level best to accommodate your request and to the best of our capabilities.

How can I cancel my order?

All items are final sales. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to us within 24 hours if you are not happy with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

All orders made that and successfully processed, picked up, or en-route can't be refunded. The order, however, can be changed to another date as long as changes are made 24 hours before delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please get in touch with our respective team for further assistance.

A2: We ensure the safety of every package by sealing with air tight container and bubble wrap. Refer to our video and photos for our RND packaging process.

A3: Our products baked daily with premium ingredients and lasts within 4 weeks for French Macarons, Meringues,Tarts and Pretzel.
